Hello everyone!

We are pleased to announce that our online booking system for the 2018 Summer Scientist Week (20 – 24 August) will go live next week. Instructions for completing this process and the link to our bookings page can be found here.

 Please note that:

• You will need to book a ticket for every child attending the event. You can book up to 4 tickets (i.e., 4 children and their guardians).
• Group bookings (5 children and above) cannot be made via our online booking system. However, if you are part of a group we will try to book you in the same session. To do this, each member of the group will have to book onto the day first and then email summerscientist@lincoln.ac.uk once the bookings have gone through.

If you would like to book a place for your child/children head over to our online store.

Please note that:

• We book on a simple first-come first served principle which we feel is the fairest all around.
• We have 2 sessions running each day of the event. The first session takes place between 9:30 and 12:30 and the second session between 13:30 and 16:30. When booking your place for the day, please make sure that you are available for both sessions as you will not have the option to select individual sessions.
• Group bookings cannot be made via our online booking system. However, if you are part of a group we will try to book you in the same session. To do this, each member of the group will have to book onto the day first and then email summerscientist@lincoln.ac.uk once the bookings have gone through.
