We have mailed all event info, campus map, parking info to everyone booked in to the event. Please check your junk mail folders, too – this is where the emails sometimes seem to end up.

The event runs from 4 – 8th August. The morning session starts at 9:30 (finish at 12:30), and we ask that you arrive by 9:20 to make sure you are signed in and ready at the start of the session. The afternoon session runs from 1:30, with arrival by 1:30 please. We finish at 4:30.

We are delighted that to have received so many bookings for the event, but sadly this means that we are now only taking names to add to our waiting list.

 

Any bookings received before 14:15 on 21st July will be allocated a place.

Information about the event will be sent to all in the week before the event.

Our spaces are filling up quickly, and we have now got limited availbility on Monday am, Tuesday pm, Thursday am and Friday am. Tuesday am and Wednesday pm is now full.

We can add your name to our waiting list, alternatively, there is space in the remaining sessions.

Thanks to those of you so far who have registered for this fabulous event.

We have a glitch in the booking system which means your confirmation email falsely states all sessions are full. This is NOT the case. All sessions are currently open for bookings.

We are working to fix this.

We welcome bookings for the Summer Scientist Event 2014 from all keen scientists aged 3 – 10 years old!
